I empower executives to align their career goals with behaviors and have over 10 years of Leadership Development. My Ph.D. is in Organizational Leadership and my dissertation was an ethnographic study on leadership facilitation of trust among group members. My research interests include; leadership, sport, community building, trust, diversity, and employee engagement.
