Runs weekly status calls with client including creation of agendas and meeting recaps. Manages all team members tasks for each client to ensure that projects are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Oversees budget and invoices for client accounts. Develops long-term client partnerships by achieving client statisfaction through revenue/lead generation growth, budget maximization, and top performing campaigns. Internally, I am a member of the People Committee. The goal of this committee is to discover how to create a positive work environment through social activities as well as giving a voice to employees about policies and business practices. Our main priority is to discover how to create a truly successful company culture in a hybrid and mostly remote working environment.
