Support iPhone LOB setting worldwide monthly purchase order costs of iPhone Xr, iPhone 8, and iPhone 8 Plus at all sites • Responsible for bill of materials on iPhone programs, ensuring the final assembly line is accurately reflected in monthly PO cost• Owned ramp from costing perspective of iPhone Xr, working cross functionally with OEM contacts, Global Supply Managers, Business Ops, and others to ensure all SKUs were costed correctly before OK2Ship• Audited manufacturing process of major iPhone OEM on site in China to ensure bill of materials accuracy and limit opportunities of cost deviations • Analyze monthly variances to iPhone BOM cost by commodity, understanding drivers and changes in the space to report to senior management and other teams• Forecast, monitor, and actualize over $20M+ in impact to Apple, related to USD-CNY FX fluctuations, on quarterly basis• Participated in user testing for new SAP based costing system and reporting tools, helped decide new feature set and ensure smooth transition into production• Previously worked on multiple LOBs including accessories, iPad, and AppleTV
