I support growing small businesses and hospitality leaders behind the scenes, where the real work, pressure and decisions live.My work sits at the intersection of operations, wellbeing and mental health safety, with a strong focus on leaders who do not fit the one size fits all model of management.Neurospicy friendly by designAround 85% of my clients are neurodivergent, including ADHD, autism, dyslexia and related profiles.I am AuDHD with dyslexia myself, which means I do not just understand neurodivergence.
