With over four years of experience in operations, I have developed and implemented organizational strategies, policies, and practices that enhance the company\'s performance and growth.My passion for history and research, combined with my technical background in STEM and chemistry, enables me to create and standardize reports that show trends and insights from the client-candidate database. I also enjoy working with high school students through FIRST Robotics, a STEM-based organization that challenges them to build robots, brand their businesses, and help their communities.
