Designed and built a pressure simulation fixture to mimic plane cabin conditions using a pressure chamber, AC-powered pump, and Arduino programming. Tested organ preservation devices under simulated cabin pressure changes and documented results in compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards-Performed weekly wet labs with porcine livers to evaluate thermal performance in static and perfusion hypothermic organ preservation devices-Iteratively prototyped and refined a pressure relief valve system for integration into a liver perfusion device, optimizing safe pressure regulation during perfusion-Conducted design verification testing on the thermal performance of a heart perfusion device and prepared a test report in response to MDR certification requirements.
