About Katherine Keane
I am a senior undergraduate student at Syracuse University majoring in Policy Studies at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and Public Relations at the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications as a member of the Renée Crown Honors Program. My skills are shaped by my multiple internship experiences, various on-campus leadership experiences, and a variety of experiences with community service. My career goals include working in the federal government, specifically the legislative and executive branches. I also hope to gain experience working in political campaigns, government relations and public affairs, and have specific interests in policy development and implementation. Policy areas I am particularly interested in include housing, transportation, infrastructure, energy, tax, and appropriations.
