About Katherine Gregg

In an ideal world you never know the work I do exists. As an innovation practice thought leader, I co-design employee-friendly programs around people, processes, and technologies—making workplaces easier and more fun, with an eye towards ensuring seamless and invisible delivery. Since joining Intuit, I’ve developed and implemented 10 major cross-company programs designed to help people thrive across finance, HR, and customer success—working with colleagues at the intersection of operations, innovation, and process excellence.Together, we’ve redesigned and scaled the underlying infrastructure, operating models, governance, and related processes of the programs in my care.I’m most proud of mentoring and coaching more than fifty ICs and managers career-wide on matters such as active listening, systemic thinking, and conflict negotiation. I’ve also carried Intuit’s values into the community as part of the company’s “we care, we give back” commitment to communities—founding Innovation@Imago Dei, a corporate social responsibility program that partners with a tuition-free middle school for children from low-income families in Tucson.
