My role is centred around achieving budgeted sales targets by brand, developing customer-specific growth strategies, and delivering high-impact in-store displays that drive sell-through and elevate the end consumer experience. Achieving and exceeding sales targets across multiple brands Building and executing tailored growth plans with key accounts Supporting the launch of new products through strategic sell-in activity Securing and maintaining 10+ premium in-store display areas annually Maximising stock sales and identifying upsell opportunities Coordinating national promotions and bespoke customer campaigns Using CRM (Pepperi) to track store performance, customer insights, and call planningI work closely with the National Accounts, Contracts, and OEM teams to deliver aligned business objectives and ensure showroom displays are always in pristine condition—cleaned, maintained, and impactful.
