Handles day-to-day activities for assigned clients.• Keeps apprised of progress of clients’ projects.• Regularly checks for and responds promptly to all client communications, including calls, and emails.• Coordinates project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel.• Reviews billing prior to release to clients; ensures prompt collection of accounts receivable.• Coordinates research and analysis in the process of developing marketing plans and creative strategies for projects, campaigns and all-encompassing strategic marketing efforts.• Oversees focus groups and other forms of primary research.• Understands the impact of the growth of social media and the Internet, as well as how enterprise-wide and internet technologies affect branding and advertising for leading companies; can apply this understanding to development of new plans and strategies.• Brings an understanding of customer relationship management and relationship marketing concepts to the planning process.• Is familiar with all types of online and new media, and with the breadth of traditional media (radio, TV, outdoor, direct mail, print, etc.).• Is familiar with qualitative and quantitative research techniques.• Inputs all vendor invoices, courier bills, etc. to accurately bill jobs.• Maintains all job files.• Records all invoices (unbilled production costs, cost of sales or expensed).• Maintains accounts payable summary.• Records all payments in cash disbursements journal.• Closes and balances payables and disbursements journals at month end.• Investigates all problem vendor inquiries.• Inputs all timesheets to accurately bill jobs.• Maintains all job files.• Makes necessary adjustments per request.• Issues retainer, production, media and end-of-month invoices to clients.• Performs job costs when required.• Posts transactions to computer general ledger and prints income statement and balance sheet when necessary.
