ABOUT KATHERINE DAVIS

I am an energetic, creative and thought provoking Operations Learning & , Development Manager, currently working at Studio. I enjoy the challenge of helping people to reach their full potential within their different roles and providing support and coaching, developing individuals to accomplish the job satisfaction they have always desired.One of the best aspects of my role is to develop and deliver in-house induction programmes, Compliance, Project Training Lead and QA testing for the whole of the FS department. I specialise in writing training for our telephony & process driven roles.In both sales and service. I develop online compliance training, accelerated learning packages and deliver at all levels. My role is to conduct all in-house training to ensure quality and consistent approach to excellent service and sales. I am also IOSH qualified meaning I head up our Health and safety at work programmeI absolutely love my learning role, it provides me with an immense amount of job satisfaction to observe our people grow as individuals, and as a team. The major plus are happy staff provide our customers with a consistent, fair, and outstanding service to make sure their pension is in the best place for them.
