As a member of Alpha Delta Pi - Eta Pi Chapter\'s Recruitment x Marketing Committee, I am responsible for the following tasks- Assist the Recruitment and Marketing teams with ideas/small tasks throughout the year- Work with a team of 20 sisters to prepare our chapter for the formal recruitment process as well as promote our chapter to potential new members- Hold monthly meetings to discuss the business and marketing strategies of our committee and chapter- Represent our Alpha Class by brainstorming strategies to improve our sisters\' experiences within recruitment- Assist in creating and implementing the visions of our chapter during recruitment.
