   Design, build, and commissioning of nation’s first direct air capture facility. Collaborated with automation, controls, and software teams to bring up pilot plant to production. Worked with operations team to troubleshoot issues, implement design improvements, develop standard operating procedures and preventative maintenance practices to improve reliability for duration of plant lifetime. Mechanical design lead for high volume thermoplastic and composite parts optimized for stiffness and weight. Defined product requirements and system interfaces, developed and maintained project schedules and road maps, managed CAD and drawings, created and executed testing programs. Managed domestic and international contract manufacturers to ramp parts from concept to mass production. Implemented quality control programs and inspection plans for production builds.
