Completed my undergrad with a BA in Education, Communities, and Organizations (ECO) with a minor in English at the University of Washington. I work to create an inclusive learning environment where diversity is valued. Interested in identifying issues that could affect a student’s access to learning opportunities, ways to increase student retention, as well as working towards closing equity gaps.

Plan and develop new Student Re-engagement Program for student success and retention office, while identifying specific reasons causing student to stop-out. Research and collaborate on completion grant proposals. Utilizing data collection to analyze our approach to students, refine the program, and identify areas of growth. Engage with students 1:1 over the phone, email, or in-person to discuss reasons of dis-engagement.
