Design, develop, and deliver written, video, and in-app user assistance in highly collaborative Agile teams for SaaS, on-premises, and client/server high-speed data transfer products. Designed video-based curricula for users and administrators. Selected Accomplishments: • Researched, tested, and championed the acquisition of WalkMe digital adoption platform at Aspera; specified and built a collection of assistance flows that simplify user onboarding, leading to highly significant correlation with increased trial-to-paid conversion; continuing development and delivery of in-app user assistance. • Initiated and developed inter-departmental collaboration to bring deliberate design to product microcopy. • Specified, purchased, and installed Aspera’s in-house video recording studio. • Collaborated with Design, Development, and TechPubs groups to create an online help center for company-wide product offerings. • Initiated and facilitated ‘tech talks,’ bringing SMEs from other groups (Tech Support, Systems Engineering, etc.) to present at TechPubs staff meetings to deepen and broaden writers’ technical knowledge. • Initiated style guide ‘highlights’ at TechPubs staff meetings to promote house style awareness and adherence. • Designed DITA-based reuse strategy for multi-platform, multi-channel user assistance for mobile products. • Collaborated with Design and UX teams on interface design and labeling.
