About Katherine Brackendorff Boyd

Katherine joined CPI’s New York City office in 2014. She focuses on junior and mid-level investment professional recruiting and business development. She works across all sectors and strategies for private equity firms across the US. A proud Texan, Katherine leads most of CPI’s searches in Houston and Austin. She also leads CPI’s training and onboarding of new hires. Prior to joining CPI, Katherine worked as an Actuary in the Consulting Group at Towers Watson where she assisted her clients with the management and strategy of their defined benefit pension plans. Katherine graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Accounting. She also received her ASA certification from the Society of Actuaries and her EA certification from the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries. She lives in Rowayton, Connecticut with her husband and two children.
