Lead Programs and Operations within Intuit\'s People Experience team. The Programs and Operations team provides program management, end-to-end thinking, operating solutions, and governance for People Experience programs and projects as well as cross-functional projects that have an employee experience component. The team also manages, measures for efficiency, and enhances operational tools and processes used by the People Experience team.The People Experience team brings together digital self-help experiences for our employees, human-assisted support, Employee Relations and Ethics and Investigations. We make our employees\' work and lives easier, empower their success, and foster a high-trust, high-performance culture that is safe, ethical, and inclusive for everyone.
