She is a strategic thinker and collaborative relationship builder with a focus on bringing together diverse groups of natural resource users to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Her experience ranges from local conservation initiatives to national-level program implementation. She has worked in the private sector, nonprofits, federal agencies, and Congress, developing a breadth and depth of knowledge across conservation topics from land to sea.

1. Mid-atlantic Regional Coordinator, Marine Debris Program (Lynker Contract)

   Noaa National Ocean Service

   Sep 2025 — Present

   Returned to my role as Mid-Atlantic Regional Coordinator in September 2025 following a one-year temporary assignment at NOAA Headquarters staffing the NOAA Administrator and supporting NOAA Political Leadership spanning two administrations.Current duties include: • Technical oversight of 7 federal marine debris awards, totaling nearly $14 million in federal funds.• Lead implementation of the Mid-Atlantic Marine Debris Action Plan, including the coordination of over 100 organizations from Virginia to New York involved in the Plan. • Federal co-lead to the Mid-Atlantic Regional Council on the Ocean\'s Marine Debris Workgroup.• Serve as a liaison to the Marine Debris Foundation and provide technical support to the NOAA Administrator in their role as Ex Oficio member of the MDF Board of Directors.
