Prior to joining USLI, I focused my practice on commercial, business, and employment matters, representing banks, insurers, manufacturers, commercial retailers, restaurants, hotel chains, child care facilities, medical professionals, and small business owners. I have litigated claims in state and federal courts, as well as ADR forums, negotiated settlements, drafted a wide array of contracts, and authored CLE presentation materials on preparing strong business agreements. I have also been admitted pro hac vice in courts throughout the country and have significant experience representing corporate clients in product liability, toxic tort, and premise liability matters. I was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (part of Thomson Reuters) in the area of business litigation for four consecutive years prior to joining USLI.
