ABOUT KATHERINE GLOVER
Creating positive experiences for all of candidates and colleagues is something I pay close attention to and take pride in. In my current role, I am able to combine my passion for finding top talent with my long standing interest in Employment Relations and Labour Law. Prior to joining Toronto Hydro I was a Clinical Talent Acquisition at TELUS Health, focusing primarily on growing the Global EAP Clinical Network. I completed my Masters of Industrial Relations in the Summer of 2021 at the University of Toronto where I focused primarily on Labour Relations and Trade Unionism. At the core of it all, my main driver is helping others in whatever capacity I can by ensuring that I can maintain a safe and equitable environment for everyone that I work with.
