Holds the vision and integrity of the learning communities (including the LeadStrong fellowship), facilitates cohorts, and works with co-facilitators and support staff to ensure alignment with LeaderSpring Center values, mission, and cross-functional needs. • Serves as a resource, guide, and coach for program facilitators. Support all learning communities in having a transformative experience. • Manages and continues the development of LSC’s curriculum library and responsive design and pedagogy.• Plans and executes cohort recruitment with support staff and facilitators.• Manages LSC’s existing pool of coaches and facilitators; reviews and improve existing processes for vetting and onboarding new coaches and facilitators.• Implements LSC\'s value of learning through reflection by reviewing, re-designing, and executing evaluation processes. Creates time among the LSC team for spacious learning and reflection.• Partners with Alumni Engagement to develop programming for Alumni (e.g. annual symposium or retreat, membership program) and to inform long term engagement strategy.
