I have been building a satisfied customer base for 30 years in Mary Kay Cosmetics. As a Cadillac Sales Director, I offer the women I mentor a dynamic place to grow their own successful businesses. New consultants learn the business side of skin care cosmetics, customer service and team building, while they are being recognized and rewarded for their efforts along the way. Consultants are recognized and educated all along their own career path in a time frame that fits their individual needs. It is my privilege to support the success of my team and their businesses as they move up the career path in Mary Kay to achieve the level of success that each wants!
