My responsibilities include the provision of career and recruitment support and advice both to former Royal Marines in their search for new career challenges following medical discharge, and to business associates. I offer guidance on successful CV writing, job applications and interview techniques, manage employment opportunities, business mentoring and work experience offered to the charity and advertise these to Royal Marines approaching the end of their service careers. I also attend marketing and fundraising events and develop new opportunities, tailoring them to individual requirements and offer Industry Days and workshops to those facing career transition. Employing or offering work experience to a former Royal Marine through the charity is completely free of charge.
