ABOUT KATHARINE KAUFMAN

I founded Fertile Health to bridge the gap between conventional medicine and holistic women’s health.Fertility is often treated as something to react to. In reality, it reflects broader health, resilience and long-term wellbeing.My path into this work was shaped by both professional training and personal experience. After beginning my career in healthcare consulting, I saw firsthand how fragmented women’s reproductive care can be — reactive, time-constrained and disconnected from lifestyle and long-term health goals. At the same time, my own experience navigating hormone dysregulation revealed how little most women are taught about how their bodies actually work.Fertile Health exists to change that.I work with women across the reproductive lifespan to build cycle literacy, understand hormonal patterns and approach fertility proactively — not just when trying to conceive, but as a foundation for energy, mood and long-term health.My approach integrates:• Fertility awareness education (FEMM)• Holistic nutrition and lifestyle strategy• Pre- and postnatal Pilates and movement support• Coordinated, integrative care planningMy work is grounded in education, data, and personalization — helping women advocate confidently for their health across every season of life.
