Develop and execute region-wide client communication plan to over clients, including newsletters, social media and engagement events and webinars.* Plan, execute and manage all local and regional webinars and events, making sure all come in within budget.* Lead all event logistics, including venue, catering, contracts, etc.* Book high profile speakers such as Emmanuel Acho, John Maxwell, Mel Robbins, John Acuff, Ben Nemtin, etc.* Host all webinars; introductions of speakers for both financial and inspirational subjects. Occasionally includes interviewing speakers such as Nicole Phillips, Emmanuel Acho and Mel Robbins.* Evaluate the impact of all events and webinars.* Increase client activation.* Work with regional leadership and regional board to shape and implement the Thrivent Member Network communications and activation strategy for the Northland Region.* Keep regional website updated with latest events and pertinent information.* Work with management and Engagement Leaders to create well-defined strategies.* Work with the corporate office to update regional website and all materials for new brand launch in 2020.
