ABOUT KATHARINE HEARN
Katharine is an experienced recruitment specialist and a qualified teacher who started working in the Education Recruitment sector in London in 1998. Since 2022 Katharine has returned to working within London and some other areas of the UK, placing our fantastic overseas candidates in schools and trusts across the capital and regions. Katharine believes in a transparent service built on honesty and openness and providing clients with quality candidates. Katharine was Teacher Recruitment Manager for Medway Council for six years and in that time won an ‘Excellence and Innovation’ award for her work. She has a superb knowledge of the education sector but more importantly has the desire to meet the needs of her candidates and clients. Katharine opened our Kent office for Supply Desk (Synarbor) in 2009 and for over 12 years placed MPS/UPS teachers, HOD’s, AST’s and Headteachers throughout the county.
