Co-lead the design of a Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity Youth inclusion course by providing key technical insights to ensure alignment with the World Bank Group’s objectives and their Environmental and Social Framework, Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental and Social Standards. • Lead the design of a CIVIC Youth Engagement course by providing key technical insights to ensure alignment with the World Bank Group’s objectives and their Environmental and Social Framework, and integrate CIVIC considerations into Youth Led Organization- and Youth Civil Society Organizations- focused operations at the World Bank. • Support and co-design two strategic policy documents to inform the implementation of CONPES 4147 in Colombia. CONPES 4147 is the Colombian national policy (Política Nacional para la Garantía de los Derechos de la Población LGBTIQ+) establishing a 10-year roadmap to ensure rights, inclusion, and protection for the LGBTQI+ community.
