Holding a university degree in International Business Communication with a specialization in HR Management, my career journey has taken me to roles in both mid-sized firms and global players, gaining valuable insights into HR practices that support sustainable business growth. With international exposure in México and 7 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry, I bring a unique perspective to HR practices. My expertise lies in employer branding, talent attraction and retention, and the optimization and digitalization of HR processes. I have played a key role in HR projects, helping to implement programs that support business transformation, foster efficiency, supporting leadership in their development, and fostering a unified company culture in an increasingly globalized and diverse workforce.
