With over 22 years practising employment law, in addition to my experience in house and as an HR Consultant has given me a detailed understanding of the range of employment issues employers and employees face. My hands on experience has given me a genuine appreciation of the need to provide practical and pragmatic support to my clients to achieve the required outcome.From a people development perspective, one of my strengths is the ability to coach and mentor people who are starting their career in employment law. I am an advocate for encouraging different routes to qualification as a solicitor.
