Supervises the investigation and management of safeguarding concerns and allegations across rugby union in England including case load volumes, investigation plans, thresholds and reviews. Reviews cases to ensure they meet the criteria and have the relevant information to be heard to be heard by the RFU Referral Management Group ensuring that all cases and complaints are managed effectively and efficiently through to completion in conjunction with other relevant departments.Leads the work of the RFU in relation to Safeguarding Adults. Has oversight of the RFU Case Management software application.
