Leading team of HR Business Partners and HR Operations professionals for all of F5’s North and South American organizations, including the full C-Suite. Establishing a team vision and culture, creating norms for high performance, and driving process and resource improvements to enhance impact and create additional capacity without adding headcount. Providing leadership to our global HR organization as both a visible member of our HR leadership team and as “HR for HR.” Based on feedback and experience within the F5 HR organization, currently creating and implementing HR job profiles, development plans, and solutions to provide greater cross-team connection. In collaboration with my global peers, leading work to create greater alignment in priorities and approaches to HR Business Partner and HR Operations work. Balancing this with the importance of localization due to laws and culture within each region. Responsible for the succession planning process for F5’s executive team, in partnership with the Chief People Officer and CEO. Continuing to evolve this work each year to foster greater diversity and career development, as well as extending to additional leadership roles.
