   As Founder of CLT Social Club, I built Charlotte’s leading networking and social organization from the ground up. What began in 2021 as a way to help young professionals connect has since grown into a community-driven platform that has hosted 37+ large-scale events with anywhere from 250 to 1,200 attendees.I oversaw every aspect of event production, from concept to execution—securing venues, negotiating contracts, managing vendor partnerships, and coordinating sponsor activations with national and regional brands such as Pepsi, Cheerwine, and the ARK Group. Each event was designed to spark genuine friendships, collaborations, and business opportunities, bridging the gap between professional networking and social connection.Beyond the events themselves, I built a strong digital presence that grew to an audience of subscribers, driving consistent turnout through social media, email marketing, and original content including photo, video, and storytelling. I managed budgets, staffing, and post-event recaps with ROI reporting, ensuring that every activation was both impactful and sustainable.The success of CLT Social Club was recognized city-wide, earning me a spot on Axios Charlotte’s Top 10 Most Powerful Players of 2024 and CLT’s 30 Under 30 Award, honors that reflect not just the scale of the events, but the community they created. At its heart, CLT Social Club has always been about more than just events—it’s about building a sense of belonging in a fast-growing city and proving that when people feel connected, they thrive.
