This summer I supported material procurement across 16 active projects in South Florida - managing requests, soliciting vendor quotes, and issuing material releases and purchase orders to secure timely deliveries and keep project schedules on track. I also guided financial reconciliation by resolving Account Payable holds and revising purchase orders in coordination with vendors to clear discrepancies and ensure uninterrupted work. In the field and during supplier visits, I gained a practical understanding of operations and deepened relationships by collaborating directly on-site. Partnering closely with vendors and operations teams, I consistently confirmed material specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines to align with project requirements and uphold performance expectations.
