I love connecting top talent with opportunity and helping people take the next step in their careers. One of my favorite aspects of talent acquisition is talking with candidates every day, learning about their career interests and goals, and sharing opportunities for them to grow and advance. I am highly experienced in full life cycle recruiting, as well as career counseling, across a variety of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, sales, accounting, and financial services. I have supported multiple college development and early talent programs and recruit from entry through executive level. At Signature Health Inc, we are a non-profit healthcare agency whose mission is to put good health within reach of all of our community members through comprehensive mental health, medical, and support services essential for optimizing the well-being of mind and body. We serve patients in Lake, Ashtabula and Cuyahoga counties, and are committed to increasing access to a continuum of care while integrating behavioral and physical health well-being.
