I currently lead the Workplace and Productivity Service Market Offer across the portfolio of our services. Using diverse by design participation I have deliberately brought people together as a collection of voices. I am creating a playbook to showcase the best and most impactful stories that demonstrates our workplace offer.Additionally within Technical Services, I lead our occupier experience work using qualitative methods and numerical data from the Building Use Surveys. We are able to integrate these occupier feedback perspectives into other evaluation work.
