Working on a wide range of clients from Owner Managed Businesses to Private Equity Companies to AIM and FTSE 350 clients across a range of sectors. Experience of IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAS/SoX and working with multi-national clients. I have led the the overall relationship for KPMG on a number of key accounts. Outside of audit I have experience in- Significant transaction work including IPO’s, PE funding, retail bonds, debt issues, right issues and other Class 1 transactions - Detailed working capital forecast reviews for funding purposes - Working in industry, having been seconded to a national transport company to assist them with the preparation of a long term business plan • Business process improvement work, identifying operational efficiencies and weaknesses • Responsible for KPMG’s internal project to offshore work to India in the South region • Working overseas after being seconded to our Melbourne office • Part of a multi-disciplinary team to assist a large property company with the implementation of a new reporting tool
