ABOUT KATE SHEN
Climate action, engagement, and active transportation are passions of mine that I’ve prioritized through my work, education, and extra curriculars. I currently work on Metro Vancouver’s Climate 2050 engagement strategy and sit on Modo Carsharing Co-op’s Board of Directors. I hold an MSc in Environmental Sciences with publications in the health and environmental field. I was previously on the leadership team at HUB Cycling, a cycling advocacy group in Metro Vancouver. I was also part of the Women4Climate program working towards the City of Vancouver\'s Climate Emergency Action Plan.
