In this role I oversee a team of 40, including circulation, page, and technical processing staff. Canton Public Library has an annual circulation of over 1.1 million, and serves a population of just under people. In this role, I have navigated transition of services out of Covid-19, including integration of curbside service and online library card applications into regular business; spearheaded the elimination of fines; managed the transition to a new website and discovery layer; assisted with creation of a new strategy/workflow for web content development; and helped support summer programming, through staffing and direct participation.
