As a Customer Account Executive, I am adept at collaborating with Airlines, Airline Maintenance and Repair Overhaul (MRO) facilities, and Brokers to streamline aftermarket spares\' orders. My role encompasses effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns via telephone and electronic channels, and being able to facilitate resolution of issues, fostering strong relationships. I am also diligent in leading real-time problem resolution efforts and am committed to process improvement initiatives, contributing valuable insights for enhanced organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction. I am also dedicated to providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and am continuously growing and updating my knowledge of the Collins organization and our products to deliver comprehensive support to customers and am passionate about driving positive outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders. I have also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the organization’s monthly newspaper, The Aftermarket Articulator, collaborating with colleagues to promote company initiatives, teambuilding, and to provide a window into newsworthy events that are happening in Aerostructures around the globe.
