I’ve been fortunate enough to fall in love with my career path not once but twice! First as a GDPR legal expert where I dove deep into data privacy and then, after completing 2-year second degree program, as a Data Scientist where I get to blend my love for numbers with understanding of complex systems.🤖 Today, I work with large-scale datasets used to train and evaluate AI systems: gathering requirements from data consumers, coordinating with external data suppliers, validating data suitability and usage constraints, and ensuring datasets are fit for purpose. In parallel, I led a GDPR compliance initiative to align an internal data platform with core GDPR principles (purpose limitation, data minimization, retention/deletion, access control, and audit-ready documentation), enabling responsible data use within product environments.🦁 Previously, as an AML Compliance Officer at ING, I optimized regulatory reporting processes, reducing unnecessary investigations. I also led a GDPR compliance project, ensuring zero regulatory violations during audits, and automated solutions for data issues using Python. As a Data Analyst, I\'ve rolled up my sleeves to apply statistical techniques for evaluating marketing campaigns, conducting hypothesis testing, and developing machine learning models—such as predicting customer lifetime value in sports betting. My work drives ROI improvements and delivers actionable business insights.
