ABOUT KATERINA LAMPROS

I have taught middle school science for the past 6 years after graduating with my Bachelors in Biology. I always had a passion for working with kids and decided to take the Massachusetts Teachers Education Exam and apply for my provisional teachers license. After 3 years of teaching, I went to Eastern Nazarene College and earned my Masters in Secondary Education.Recently, one of my coworkers turned business partners over the summer of 2022. We saw a need for educators looking for opportunities and careers out of the classroom. We collaborated our business mindset with our passion for researching the best resources and created Out Of the Class LLC. We compiled a Digital Resource Library with over 200+ resources for educators that were vetted and trustworthy from Resume writers, to job coaches, to career clarity and even how to optimize your LinkedIn. My role at Out Of the Class was to create and design our website and through trial and error, I taught myself how to create a functioning product website, run social media pages on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok to market our company, and create partnerships with outside direct services.
