Notable accomplishments: • Led the multi-channel product launch for the KeyBank Home Buyer CreditSM including product naming and trademarking, sales material creation and a social media campaign. • Launched an event-in-a-box pilot for the Sales Enablement Loan Officer support initiative to facilitate an increase in community lending. • Created a marketing plan for the launch of KeyBank’s digital loan application platform. Amended call-to-actions and messaging for the best user experience, developed demo videos, and utilized consumer research to optimize Key.com for a self-serve user experience. • Worked with vendor partners to develop a self-service sales material portal for KeyBank Loan Officers to create process efficiencies and meet needs. • Oversee BAU campaigns and regularly optimize for performance results.
