ABOUT KATERINA APOSTOLAKI
I design learning experiences that help people grow — clearly, accessibly, and with purpose. After a decade working in K–12 education, teacher training, and global ed communities, I’ve led digital learning, media production, and instructional design for learners — from curriculum development to interactive media, EdTech onboarding, and UX content strategy. Today, I focus on designing learning tools that reduce friction and boost engagement. I bring together: • Blended learning expertise and adult facilitation • Tools like Figma, Storyline 360, Canva, Moodle, Camtasia • Real-world impact: 80+ educational videos, 500+ AI content entries, 45-member mentor ecosystem • Instructional and media ops experience across school-wide programs and global conferences I’ve worked across roles — educator, support officer, design assistant, speaker, and strategist — all rooted in one thing: designing for clarity and connection.
