   As Director of Resource Development, I lead the organization’s fundraising efforts to support high-impact early childhood programs and family services across Santa Fe and Rio Arriba counties. I’m responsible for cultivating relationships with donors, partners, and funders to advance our mission: improving outcomes for children and families from prenatal to age five through direct services, advocacy, and systemic change.Key responsibilities include:• Designing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies, including major gifts, grants, annual giving, and donor engagement• Partnering with the executive team to align development goals with organizational strategy and impact metrics• Leading communications and campaigns that elevate the voice of families and young children in New Mexico• Engaging foundations, individual donors, and corporate partners to expand our reach and sustainability• Supporting the advancement of state-level policy and systems change through strategic philanthropic partnershipsAt Growing Up New Mexico, we believe that investing in our youngest community members is the most effective way to build a stronger, more equitable future.
