ABOUT KATE PHILP
My passion is for developing people to be the best they can be in both their personal and professional lives. I draw on my leadership experience from the Army to work at a number of levels: to develop individuals, to build strong, effective teams, and to assist change within an organisation. My experience of dealing with a life-changing injury lends a different perspective to the way I work with people and encourage positive change.
