I provide comprehensive support to the Executive Director, Sharon Lee. My responsibilities include drafting correspondence on her behalf, organizing meetings and travel, and preparing meeting agendas, along with distributing supporting materials in advance to ensure productive sessions. In my first five months, I identified an opportunity to enhance communication between office and onsite staff. To address this, I created the LIHI Scoop, a monthly staff newsletter that I developed in terms of graphic design, layout, content and distribution. Additionally, I play a key role in E-news communications to LIHI volunteers and subscribers.
