Kate is responsible for the design, implementation and oversight of DivcoWest\'s people programs, company values and corporate culture. As Chief People Officer she provides strategic direction and expertise for the full scope of the HR functions across all offices, domestically and internationally. Kate ensures that DivcoWest\'s organizational design and talent management is innovative, engaging and in alignment with the company\'s growth goals. She serves as part of the Executive Committee and is a thought partner to the company leaders in shaping the employee experience and ongoing development.DivcoWest is a vertically integrated operator, owner, developer and real estate partner to the innovation economy. DivcoWest currently employs approximately 150 employees in corporate offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Washington, DC and New York as well as numerous property management locations across the United States. Since its inception, DivcoWest has a longstanding history of investing primarily in properties that serve the innovation markets of the economy, seeking to capitalize on DivcoWest’s extensive network of relationships within the markets for which the company has served over the last 25+ years. DivcoWest’s real estate portfolio currently includes existing and development properties consisting of office, R&D, lab, industrial, retail and multifamily.
