About Kate Nowak

I have focused my career on commercializing new technologies in emerging markets. I have done this in a variety of operating positions at venture-backed startup, growth, and large public companies. In my current role as a business architect for Microsoft Copilot, I design and execute business and product strategies for M365 Copilot in partnership with sales and engineering.Previously, I helped grow and take a climate technology company public, served as chief of staff to a CEO managing an organization of 300+ people, partnered with a CFO to raise venture capital and manage a high-growth food technology company, launched a microbiome startup with seed capital, and developed one of the world\'s largest renewable energy assets. Before my tech operating career, I worked in investment banking where I executed IPOs and follow-ons raising over $8B. I began my career with the New England Patriots in Business Operations. I earned a BA from Harvard, MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and MSc behavioral science from the London School of Economics.
