I thrive on building meaningful relationships, drawing on my communication skills and high level of emotional intelligence. Throughout my career I have often been described as “the glue” in teams, bringing empathy, energy and enthusiasm to my work and those around me.With a certification from the Institute of Leadership and Management I am adept at leading, managing and empowering people.In my current role I support the Director of Innovation, enabling their success in achieving key goals and objectives and producing impact for the wider organisation. Excelling in time and resource optimisation, stakeholder management, critical thinking and proactive planning I work collaboratively to form a strong partnership, meet deadlines, achieve strategic focus and team cohesion.Additionally, I manage operations for the UK Innovation & Science Seed Fund (UKI2S); an early-stage venture capital fund that nurtures innovative businesses to leverage private investment and grow jobs.Outside of work I love spending time with family and friends, the great outdoors, whether hiking up a mountain (view from Glyder Fawr in my background image) or a gentle stroll, and the simple wonders of life. I have a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification and enjoy all things health and wellbeing.
