ABOUT KATE WALSH
I am a doctoral researcher in elite sport focusing on enhancing the mental health experiences of elite sport performers. My research focuses on protecting elite athletes from mental-ill health and promoting the aspects of high performance environments which promote mental health.Alongside my research, I work as a Sport Psychologist in Training on the BPS Stage 2 pathway. Through Changing Minds UK, I work with athletes across youth, senior and elite levels of sports such as football, taekwondo and others. I also serve on the British Psychological Society\'s Division of Sport and Exercise Psychology Committee as the Communications Lead.
